1. (n.) The nasty stage in beard growing where the hair on your chin is too long to be stubble but too short to be a goatee, thus creating a look of a 'tentacle' covered chin.
2. (n.) What happens when dumbass adolescents dont shave. Several gross hair 'tentacles' sprout and thus, chintopus. Similar to peach fuzz.
3. (n.) Someone with an octopus on their chin.

Short for Clintonius Pussus. Unequaled in the annals of medical or political history, this man-tenticle hybrid overcame nearly unsurmountable barriers of racial and species-based descrimination to take his rightful place at the head of the italian mafia.
