Chinese Sniper
When somebody is so stoned that their eyes are opened the bare minimum amount needed in order to still see and function normally. If sat down and not moving, most of the people around them will assume the person is asleep. Name derived from the combination of the squinty-eyed appearance of Chinese people and the squinting that marksmen use, reinforcing how shut these people's eyes are when they're stoned.
Man 1-"Dude I got so stoned last night I went Chinese Sniper"
Man 2-"Really?"
Man 1-"Yer, Jarod tried to balance his beer bottle on my head because he thought I'd passed out and he soiled himself when I jumped at him when he got close and covered himself in it instead"
