A person using a cell phone while being completely oblivious to their surroundings, other people, or tasks requiring full and immediate attention.

I watched a Cellhole weave dangerously in and out of traffic without using any turn indicators.

While navigating the store the Cellhole was compiling a verbal shopping list.

The ring tone in the theater indicated there was a Cellhole in the audience.

Just when the entrée arrived a Cellhole at the table next to ours decided to have an argument with his girlfriend.

Cellhole 

A hole worn in the pants pocket (especially in jeans) that forms when always carrying a cell phone in the same pocket.

Guy: Damn, I've got two cellholes forming in my right pocket. Better start carrying my phone in the left one!
Girl: At least your pants HAVE pockets.
Guy: True, true.

Cellholes are very in this season.

The unmistakable outline of a driver holding a cell phone to their ear. Usually seen through the rear windshield when driving directly behind said individual.

Mini-vans traditionally sport family member stickers, retractable sun screens and a cellhouette of the distracted soccer mom.
