A TV network that mainly shows reruns of Scooby Doo, Bugs Bunny, and other old shows. It also shows mutilated-for-American-TV anime shows like Dragonball Z, {Yu Yu Hakusho], and Gundam, in addition to shitty attempts at anime such as the Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, and Totally Spies. To add insult to injury, the network even has a piece-of-shit late night block called Adult Swim which still shows kiddie shows like Futurama, Home Movies, and Inuyasha.

A Toon Network that went from its Golden years to its Crappy years.

How I miss The Cartoon Network City Era (You know, the era where cartoons interact with each other in a city and they have great music and Nikki and The Now/Next with character heads)

Great shows like Ed, Edd n Eddy, Powerpuff Girls, Megas XLR, The Life and Times of Juniper Lee, Time Squad, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, Duck Dodgers, Dexter’s Laboratory, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Teen Titans, Johnny Bravo, Codename: Kids Next Door, Camp Lazlo, Xiaolin Showdown, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Samurai Jack, My Gym Partner’s a Monkey, Cow and Chicken, Skunk Fu and Mucha Lucha have no schedule anymore because of the NEW Cartoon Network. If it wasn't for these shows, Cartoon Network wouldn't be so awesome!

We have no idea why it got cancelled but I got 4 guesses:

They hate anime for being so much more popular than cartoons, Censorship, Toonami is too popular to Cartoon Network or Cartoon Network thinks anime shouldn’t be on a cartoon station

Because of this anti-anime act, Naruto got taken off like 3 weeks after.

The only anime we have left are Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's and Bakugan.

What's worse is that they are doing CN Real (Cartoon Network Real) added REALITY shows this year in 2009!

Survive This, Destroy Build Destroy, BrainRush and The Othersiders

They are also adding SlamBall! :(

All of these shows suck and they're gonna fail because no one gives a flying hoo-ha about them.

Like Nikki, the female announcer of the Cartoon Network City Era said,

"This is Cartoon Network."

With all these reality crap they can't call themselves Cartoon Network anymore!

The only good cartoons we have left are Chowder, Total Drama Island/Action, Flapjack and Johnny Test.

The Thumb Wrestling Federation thing is pure retarded and it's lame. As if anyone wants to see thumbs in wrestling masks and stuff. The thumb characters are mostly idiots.

The curfews have decreased by one hour too. So now Cartoon Network ends at 10:00 instead of 11:00.

Anyone who believes the NEW Cartoon Network sucks and that we need the old Cartoon Network back along with Toonami, rate up.

Cartoon Network Real 

The thing that’s KILLING Cartoon Network!

Read this to THE END.

Better known as CN Real, it's nothing but a block made by NEW Cartoon Network President Stuart Snyder (Man who is bent on canceling ALL animation on Cartoon Network for Live Action) that features reality shows and live action which are rip-offs of other shows. It aired on July 17, the day Cartoon Network lost its pride.

Survive This, Destroy Build Destroy, Othersiders, BrainRush, Bobb’e Says and Dude What Would Happen.

As many people know, four of these shows are rip-offs are four shows.

The Othersiders is a rip-off of Ghost Hunters because the adults on Ghost hunters searched for ghosts before Othersiders. The teens on Othersiders get scared so easily! It has to be fake. BrainRush is a rip-off of Cash Cab. Who else answers questions while on moving equipment to get money? With other people on the rides screaming to the heavens, how can you fully hear the answer? All that screaming is giving us a headache!! Survive This is a rip-off of Survivor because adults are the ones who survive the wild first. The host of Survive This is harsh and the kids on there are annoying. Survivor did the whole voting off thing first. Destroy Build Destroy is told to be a rip-off a series called Junkyard Wars. I never saw Junkyard Wars before, but I bet it has something to do with building and blowing random objects to smithereens.

The only difference is that these CN Real shows use kids and teens.

Bobb’e Says and Dude What would happen are not released yet but I but those shows will suck just as much as the other CN Real shows. They might be retarted.

We also don’t need nor want a REAL Version of Scooby-Doo. It started out as a cartoon and it should stay in cartoon version.

I hope Slamball stays cancelled. That was so off putting sports shows on a toon network.

Reality Shows and Live Action Shows that use kids and teens should be on Discovery Kids Channel. It was stuff like Fried Dynamite and Out of Jimmy’s Head that sucked and got cancelled for using real people throughout the whole show. The Flicks aren’t good because they show a lot of reality movies and the afternoon missions suck because they make the kids look and act so retarded.

We are able to stand Total Drama Island, Total Drama Action, 6teen and Stoked because even though they relate to real life a lot or are reality shows, they are ANIMATED. I hear Chowder and other animated shows are gonna be cancelled and done because of Stuart Snyder and his stupid CN Real Project. He’s probably the reason we don’t have Toonami and Epic and Cool Anime like Naruto, Sailor Moon, Hamtaro, Blue Dragon, Tenchi Muyo and One Piece and Hilarious Cartoons like Powerpuff Girls, Dexter’s Lab, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Kids Next Door, Camp Lazlo and Cow and Chicken are not shown.

Also that “Hearing What I Said” music video is stupid, insulting and wrong. Just because times changing doesn’t mean cartoons are making us left behind. And yes Andrew W.K., on Cartoon Network we except to see nothing but animation. That means Cartoons and Anime ONLY.

If CN Real continues any longer, sooner or later, they might actually bring back Out of Jimmy’s Head and Goosebumps, ONLY reality movies will appear, Cartoon Network will become CN Real Network and our childhood network will die! Worst of all, little kids who like funny and comical violence won’t have a network to watch it all.

On Cartoon Network Video, all animation videos will go away in 2010 and I fear our Cartoon Network games will be next!

For Youtube, people posted rants and CN Real hate comments were posted on CN Real related videos. Many forums such as Gaia Online and TV.com took on this subject saying how bad it is. We contacted Cartoon Network but they ignored us.

Stuart Snyder, Andrew W.K. and The whole CN Real crew and the people who made the CN Real shows… stop plaguing Cartoon Network with your reality crap. Go on some other network that’s in love with reality shows. It never will belong here.

If any anti-CN Real fans are reading this, tell other people on sites like YouTube and TV.com and other forums and video sites to find this, rate it and stop CN Real from murdering our childhood network! Find as many forums and CN real haters on there and Youtube as you can.

What used to be a funny TV network, but has lately been slipping. First off, the normal station has been losing very good shows like "Dexter's Lab" and "Courage the Cowardly Dog", (which can now only be found in Top 5) and replacing them with total and utter shit like "Squirrel Boy", "My Gym Partner is a Monkey", and "Camp Lazlo".
Secondly, the original "Cartoon Cartoon Friday's" we all know and love has also been replaced by a gay, fucked-up "Friday's" with Tommy and Zinga (who was replaced by Tara). This so-called "Friday's" has lately been trying to save itself by hiring popular rock bands such as Bowling For Soup and Cartel...and some not-so-popular bands such as Los Lonely Boys.
Toonami and Adult Swim are also slipping. The popular "Tenchi Muyo" series on Toonami was taken off the air a few years ago. I'm surprised they didn't take that Dragon Ball shit off instead. They also took off "Sailor Moon" and "Samurai Jack", both excellent productions. Adult Swim is adding "Robot Chicken" and overplaying reruns of "Family Guy".
I lost almost all respct for Cartoon Network once they came up with "Tickle U".

Cartoon Network used to be good, but now it's Shit.

Boomerang from Cartoon Network 

A channel/former block from Cartoon Network that specializes(or at least used to specialize)in showing classic cartoons from the 60s, 70s, 80s, etc. Before the 2014/2015 rebrand, the channel had different blocks, such as Boomeraction and Boomerang Theater. It also used to show WAY more obscure content, like Jabberjaw and Heathcliff. In 2014, it was announced that Boomerang was being rebranded, and later in 2014(2015 in US), the rebrand was sent out, and that rebrand started the downfall of the channel. Although the channel was in decline years before this rebrand, the rebrand itself really made the downfall more apparent. For one, most of the original programming was gone from the channel, such as Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Atom Ant, Top Cat, and many more. This rebrand also replaced the classic and iconic toy style bumpers with generic, 2010s style bumpers, which many people were not happy about. Although the decline of the channel has slowed during the years after the rebrand, the channel doesn't seem to be getting any major changes in it's schedule or its programming. Most of the time nowadays, it's Tom and Jerry and Looney Tunes, with some Scooby Doo and some other cartoon in between. At 11:00PM is when they actually show classic shows from Cartoon Network and Hanna Barbera, but most people would be asleep by this time, so its kind of weird why they do this. Honestly, it isn't looking good for the channel at the moment, hopefully it gets better soon.
