Carmudgeon 

A bad tempered driver that usually calls other drivers to acquire road rage. Usually travels slow the fast lane.

After several seconds of missed opportunities, I began to pass the slow car in the right lane when they refused to move into the right lane themselves. That freaking carmudgeon began to speed up and shaking his crusty old fist at me. I cut him off leaving him in my dust.

curmudgeon's fallacy 

The belief efforts to protect people from calamity will only lead to them being more careless, and bringing on more calamity.

This is a fallacy because it (a) assumes people can adjust personal risk to replicate an incomparable situation, and (b) it confusing risk-taking and risky behavior. "Risk-taking" is a neutral term that includes anything that increases risk in some way, such as operating a machine at a higher speed. This usually is done to get some other benefit. "Risky behavior" is foolish, feckless, or sloppy behavior that has no intrinsic utility to the person engaging in it.

An example of the curmudgeon's fallacy is the erroneous claim that safer cars make for careless drivers.

Curmudgeon 

A grumpy old man meaner than a codger or geezer.

He yells rules at you like:" If you break that you gotta pay for it!!"

...or..." Didn't you see the sign on my lawn: KEEP OFF THE GRASS?!!!"

A very mean old man who pissed you off because you really didn't do anything to him!

That old curmudgeon called the cops on me for knocking on his door!!!

That curmudgeon next door just gave me the finger!

That curmudgeon over there accused me of breaking his window and says he gonna sue!!!
