an adjective used to describe someone who is a jerk, or a dick. It can also be used to describe someone who lacks manners, or someone on their period. However; it is predominately used to describe a jerk, or dick.

Example 1. That man stole my wallet. What a cantch!
Example 2. That cantch never says please or thank you.
Example 3. She's been cantching all week.
