Relating to a VW Camper Van commonley linked with a "Hippie" Campertastic means:

1) To define an event in which camper vans are present of which the user feels is going to be an fantastic evnt, both soley and partley because of the presence of VW Campers.

Hippie 1: "Man, Im going to a festival tommorow - Theirs going to be over 200 Campers!"
Hippie 2: "wow! Campertastic dude!!!"

Coopertastic 

Coopertastic means everything good with that person or thing. Coopertastic is an adjective that can be used to describe anything that has a good side. When the adjective is used on a person, it means funny, kind, loud, extroverted, outgoing, awesome, amazing, and friendly. When it is used to describe something, it means the best qualities of that thing.

He is coopertastic.

She is so not coopertastic.
My coopertastic grade was an A+.

1.) The pure awesomeness of wearing a cape.
2.) Awesome things done whilst wearing said cape.
3.) Things (if possible) that are as awesome if not more (..if possible) as wearing said cape. (NOT POSSIBLE!)
4.) Quoting Severus Snape whilst wearing said Cape. (Snape... cape... hehe)
