By encouraging views of Capitalism as evil, by increasing taxes to "re-distribute the wealth" of the country, by taking over the privately held auto and financial industries of the USA and placing them into government receivership without Constitutional authority, by attempting taking away freedom of choice in health care decisions by the individual and punishing the productive and self-reliant, Barack H. Obama, currently occupying the office of POTUS, has proven himself CMOTUS.

Cootus

When the rooster wakes up for the first time in his life, but it's not just any awakening, it's a religious awakening. At first their chirping and pecking, you know the normal rooster things, but the next thing you know you'll walk into your coop and see your rooster reading a Bible. Know that this is completely normal, it's just apart of you rooster growing up.

On a crowded sidewalk, she just stopped dead in her tracks, with no thought for anyone around or behind her, to answer her cell phone. What a COTUS!

He spent 15 minutes at the drive thru window, just chatting away, not the least bit concerned with those of us who only have an hour for lunch. He's suffering from a serious COTUS.
