C-road 

An east-London term that is used to define a road that houses "cunts". It was originally founded in a Secondary school, however the usage of "C-road" has expanded into the majority of the east-London area.

This term is mainly used in an offensive manner by rival road or gang members to one another.

c-d road was a famous route in the MMO Truckers MP. It ran between Calais and Duisburg hence c-d. It went through Brussels. It was eventurlly reworked during SCS Software the devs of the game in 1.59 update
