2. A similar covering with the same purpose, but is made by the user out of toilet paper.

Man 1: "Hey, the bathroom here has pre-made butt condoms, now I don't have to worry about indirectly touching my butt with another man's butt!"

The paper used in public restrooms that acts as a protective layer between the bare cheeks of a human and the often urinated, deficated, disgusting toilet seat.

I thought to myself, "Fuckin' shit man, this toilet seat is nasty, better protect my fat ass with a paper butt condom."
