bulto
A word that literally means sack, like a sack of potatoes, but in Mexican lingo represents when a person is so excessively drunk, that they lay down on a coach like a sack of potatoes. It has, in recent history, become a synonym for being passed-out, or in the process of being passed out drunk.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.
