Made by a mom who was in the breeze and sighed in it when pregnant... or so the story is told... hence the sound of it which is "bre-see-a" The "bre-see" sounds comes from the breeze part, while the "a" sound come from the sigh.. the "a" sound sounds like the "a" in "again"
