When a well endowed women with saggy, structure-less boobs wears a low cut shirt, causing them to appear not as individual boobs but instead as if her bra is a bowl filled with liquid boobs.

Sarah needs to realize she can't pull off those low cut shirts anymore, after nursing three kids she's just showing off her boob soup.
