When someone smokes too much weed too quickly and hits that point where you can't be bothered to move never mind talk to each other. Once bong monged the victim will usually go to bed to sleep quite quickly. After smoking such an amount you are left usually staring in to space not really aware of the people around you

Hey I seen John last night and we had a bong. Shit it was totally loaded n I hit it real hard. 20 mins later I was a total bong mong. I got bong monged so bad n just fucked off to bed.
