The experience felt shortly after waking up and temporarily forgetting where you are and how you got there.

I crashed a couch last night and had mad biswark when I woke up needing to piss.

I pulled over to take a nap on my road trip and the biswark when I woke up behind the steering wheel scared the crap out of me.
