Bismexual

Noun: a person, normally a pubescent female, who is thoroughly convinced that said person is attracted to both genders, though they are really just confused. A bismexual person will probably admit to being straight within a few months of their original declaration.
Adjective: A way to describe someone who is pretending or believes (but isn't really) that said person is Bisexual

Person 1: Didn't Amelia say she way bi? Why is she only flirting with guys, even though there are hot girls over there?
Person 2: Oh, she got over herself last week,y'know, she was bisMexual. Now she's straight as an arrow.

bisexual guy

A male that is attracted to more than one gender. He is often seen as terrifying by straight men and is often subject to the delighted glees of yaoi fangirls. He may also be told that his bisexuality is a "phase" and that he is really gay and just won't admit it. And, sometimes when telling people he is bisexual, he is told that "only girls can be bisexual" and that "you're just gay".

When an individual, who has always thought or assumed they're straight, suddenly develops a huge crush on someone of the same gender. This makes the individual wonder if they are actually bisexual, rather than straight. As the same-sex crushes persist (as well as opposite-sex crushes), they realize in time that they have had their bisexual awakening, and are indeed a bisexual.

"It's weird... I've always only ever liked girls... but now I have the biggest crush on Matt! I want him, I want nobody but him! I've never felt this way before!! I... think I've had my bisexual awakening!!"
