The age all women/girls are once the voyeur/admirer has become intoxicated. If a women/girl is said to be beerteen years old by her admirer, it is then excusable for him to try and hit on her even if, were he sober, the age difference between the two would make such actions immoral.

Man I'm wasted! See Jennifer over there? Yeah, I don't care if she's only 16, at the moment she's beerteen to me.......I'm gonna go see if she wants some loving!

Patron- "Can I get two shots of Tequila and two beers, please?"

Bartender- "Sorry sir, we only serve beer at this bar."

Patron to Friend- "We can't get shots, he's just a Beertender."
