Basileios 

A Greek name usually pertaining to a good family many of them are intensely strong but do not look it along with most greeks(They will be pissed if you mention it and get into a lot of fights about it usually ending with him kicking your ass in flipflops and you going to the hospital or dying in a parking lot) and have a gut that is never truly gotten rid of.

Guy: "I can take this guy he just looks fat!"
Friend: "I dunno he is a Basileios he could kick your ass!"

A term used on Tennessee message boards as a lament for believing another one of sports radio host Tony Basilio's alleged rumors about the University of Tennessee athletics program. (Developed as a response to his numerous reported rumors that prove untrue and are later removed from his blog.)

Poster 1: Didn't I hear that coach called a special meeting with players today? I heard he may announce his resignation. What happened??
