Phenomenon occurring when a ballet dancer is thrust into the psychosis of anorexia, typically at the urging of her instructors. May also be used to describe one who is extremely skinny, to the point of looking like a 12 year-old boy from Eastern Europe.

She used to be hot until she got all ballerexic and shit.
