Babylon Boops 

A term that refers to the authority, generally the police. It is synonymous with police that tend to overuse their rights to aggressive force. General side effects include the relocation of a victim's jaw, violent bleeding, massive amounts of moaning (if you enjoy it or just feel plenty of pain), yelling "police brutality", unconsciousness, visits to the emergency room, and much more.
