Babblerouser

Definition: A person (or group) that is purposely controversial in order to incite a reaction - for the express purpose of complaining about it later.

Example: She put a David Duke political sign up in her yard because she knew it would piss of the homeowner’s association. What a babblerouser!

usually used subsequent to, "the next", this name refers to a fictional character that is skilled in and renowned for a variable trait,
made popular in the 2007 film, Hot Rod

After viewing the movie Kevin made:
Rod: Holy moly, Kev-bot, that was beautiful.
Kevin: You liked it?
Rod: Are you kidding me? I loved it! You're the next Douglas Bubbletrousers!
