BGBM is an acronym which stands for "British Girl's Blonde Moment(s)".

Anna: I'm halfway through and I still can't taste the brownie in this hot fudge sundae(from McDonalds).
Sarb: Anna that's a BGBM. The sundae does not have a brownie in it.
Anna: Oh, I thought it had it. I could smell it.
Sarb: Wow, British Girl, you need to get a hold of yourself.
