When an autistic, or otherwise socially awkward person develops an obsessive attraction toward another person which is almost never reciprocated, due to the awkward person coming off way too strong and being completely oblivious to their crush's discomfort.

A term originating in Australia, used to describe an individual that may not be fully autistic but displays evidence of autism.

"The way peter interacts with farm animals is a little autisticish"
"Glenn will excessively salivate over anime, his friends find it autiscish"
