Someone who is a piece of crap. A boogie (or booger), comes out of your nose. Crap comes out your ass. So it's basically saying that you're a piece of crap if you're an assboogie.

Assbooker is a Facebook term that can be used in any social network. The term comes from being a "smart-ass", hence the Ass, and Facebook, hence the "booker". Basically, an Assbooker is a person who makes smart-ass remark on a Facebook friends staus, picture, etc.

Jack's Facebook Status: "Look at the stars in the beautiful sky!"
