Adjective,
A male completely dominated by a member of the female species.
A man who doesn't make any decisions anymore.
Colloquially speaking a man who is completely and utterly under the thumb.
A man who does whatever his woman says.

i.e.
1. Come on it's only 9:30pm why are you going home, oh your ashlicked!

2. I'd love to be off to the country this weekend for a bit of vistory but unfortunately I'm Ashlicked and want to avoid any confrontation.

2. an extreme supporter who gives attention and affection to a person who is already on a pedestal or otherwise popular.

They protest the government when Obama is in office, but when it was Bush in the White House, the Tea Partiers were some of the government's most dedicated asslickers.
