A subset of the Metal genre, it makes heavy use of synthesized djent-like guitar riffs overlaid with distorted electronic elements derived from sine wave frequencies. The word "Argent" is in reference to the demonic energy from Hell, known as Argent Energy, in Doom 2016. One could correctly describe it as "Audio Violence".
