Akutagawa

A young man with no eyebrows and an outfit that looks like he came straight out of the Victorian era. He’s quite desperate for the praise of a suicidal brunette named Osamu Dazai, a member of the Armed Detective Agency, also known a former executive of the Port Mafia, the youngest in fact. Akutagawa is the Port Mafia’s dog. He also has this really cute puppy named Rashoumon, who may or may not take your leg off. A famous phrase of his is, “JINKO,” basically meaning ‘orphan weretiger whom has a horrible haircut.’
