Acronist

One who is not educated in formalized spelling who is confined to using simple letter abbreviations for words and sentences to communicate with others through some electronic device. This person is known as an Acronist.
Being and Acronist Johnny's message was never understood by the 911 operator and hence he was not able to reach safety in time.
