Speedster Net Navigator and prototype/elder brother to Quickman.exe on fan site Mega Man Battle Network Universe. Wields a buster. Originally had a wristblade, but switched to earphone whip after amputation of left arm in combat. Highly maneuverable. While non-elemental, can wield shots of any element.

"Oh, I'm just worried you aren't... FLEXIBLE... enough..."

While he said this, the Soul was trying out various forms, testing the aerodynamic ability of each of them. It finally settled on a scythe-like form, which Accel swung immediately; the Soul extended towards Ethereal, the blade approaching from the icy Navi's left.
