It is one of the worst places in Warwick for it being so close to Providence and the "ghetto" parts of Cranston. Vacant Property gets broken into, and Property Crime is high. There is more local businesses there than most of the city. Housing is cheap do to it being near the highway, airport and train tracks. Unless you live at Gaspee Point, then you'll see higher prices.
