Lesbi-them is a term to describe someone that has the sexual orientation of lesbian and uses they/them/theirs pronouns. People who identify with the term lesbi-them often identify as nonbinary, agender, and/or genderqueer. There is a dash between the "lesbian" and "pronoun" parts of the word because sexual orientation and gender are separate concepts.

Sarah: That lady is so hot!
River: Actually, Indigo is agender and they identify as lesbi-them. I'll introduce you :)

Jay is such a reply them, they keep coming into my tweet threads and trying to take over the conversation to make an unrelated point.
