Cunt Nugget

When a woman expels a fart that then enters her vagina and she queefs it back out. Typically when sitting, but can happen at any angle where flatulence has a chance of entering the vagina.

Do I know what a cunt nugget is? Yes, I’ve been making them on your couch all evening.
