They are usually retrofitted with bells, or music boxes (usually ones manufactured by Nichols Electronics). There are two types of things ice cream trucks sell: prepackaged novelty treats (e.g. ice pops or Good Humor bars), soft serve, or very rarely scooped ice cream.
