MOO is a slang used by asshole tourists when hindus praise a cow .

Alex Jones went to the hindu temple where he saw hindus worshipping a cow. In an assholy fashion, he yelled from the top of his lungs "MOOOOOOOO". He was then kicked out of india forever.
