A sarcastic term used by people who do not wish to admit they are fat. A form of denial of obesity.
I am a woman, 5'4", and I weigh 200 pounds. I have an athletic figure.

Note: A more optimal weight for a 5'4" woman would be 120 pounds, +or-.

Athletic Ballsnatcher

When someone, usually over the age of 85, rides a bicycle and gets their nutsack stuck in the bicycle chain. It usually results in a painful yet hilarious removal of the scrotal skin from the oiled bike chain.
"Jack, did you see grandpa? Hes down the corner yelling help my nutsacks in the bike chain!" Looks like grandpa had an Athletic Ballsnatcher.

Athletic Scissors

As a Paramedic, in Detroit, we had to take a past and present medical history of the patients.

We would ask about current medical conditions. Cardiac, Pulmonary/Breathing and Lung Conditions, Neurological Conditions like Strokes or Epilepsy and Seizures.

This last condition Epilepsy and Seizures when we would get the response usually from a bystander.

The response was always, Yeah he/she has Athletic Scissors.
