It's not politically correct to call them drug dealers they're freelance pharmacists.

Pharmaciser

A pharmaciser, also known as a pharmacist is knowledgeable about preparation, mechanism of action, clinical usage and legislation of medications without the plan to distribute these prescriptions safely to the public.
Pharmacisers dispense prescription medications for the wrong reasons. (Ex: Someone addicted to marihuana asks a pharmaciser for medical marihuana and the pharmaciser provides such marihuana with no prescription).

There's a pharmaciser down the road who will supply you with any prescription you need with no identification or credibility required.

Unliscensed Pharmascist

Another way of saying drug dealer. It normally is seen in YouTube videos where the person has to mention a drug dealer but doesn't want to get in trouble or get demonitized.

Yeah....we'll just call him an unliscensed pharmascist.
