ND dysphoria, or neurodivergent dysphoria, is when an ND person feels dysphoric due to being forced to behave or think like a neurotypical counterpart that provokes severe, crippling, cognitive dissonance and impostor syndrome to the point that the natural cognitive processes and behaviors in/of the ND person become extremely unnatural, unpleasant, and harmful. Similar to gender dysphoria.
I have such ND dysphoria when I am asked to introduce myself in depth online.

Get the ndmug. A Neurodivergent Attachment, or ND/A for short, is when someone who is neurodivergent attaches themself to a character who is related to a special interest/hyper fixation. The person knows the aren't real, but sometimes may pretend they are for comfort reasons.
Neurodivergent Attachments are healthy as long as they don't take up the person's identity or turn into a false reality.
