A Whigga/Whigger is a white person that wants to be black so bad. The word "Whigga" can only be written and said by white persons however rule 3 implies that black fellas may say Whigga if they allow the other white side to drop the N word.

Mixed White-Asian version of the term "N*gga" commonly used by the black folk

derived from the terms "Wasian and N*gga"

Typically used when two people of white and Asian heritage communicate with each other.
