1. Denoting the action in which someone would write a large amount of text equating to one of an entire paragraph for a single definition. The aforementioned definition does not require being properly segregated into 3-5 paragraphs in order to classify as an Urban Paragraph, of which would instead meet the criteria for an Urban Encyclopedia. It merely requires just two paragraphs complete with 1. A definition complete with an extremely verbose general description of the word or phrase, and 2. An example of the aforementioned word or phrase.

'Paragraph Guy' is a gender neutral title that describes the ones that are called upon or voluntarily give context when not enough is provided and they know of the rest that is required.
