Retrosexual

One who adheres, or appears to adhere, to traditional (boring) sexual preferences - a heterosexual or closeted gay male are the most obvious examples.

This neighborhood is comprised of married breeders in single-family homes, all painted white, tan or light blue, has no good restaurants, arts, or nightlife. Must be a bunch of retrosexuals.
