A person who walks around all prissy or cocky and then embarrasses themselves in stupid ways

Paige is such a Pooge, she was getting into a sprint car to look cool and they have padding on the wing so people don’t hit their head, and then she hit her head on the frame rail.

The definition to this word comes from the feeling you get from drinking too much 15p coke. Then when this happens you randomly say "pooge".
