Gaza Strip

A four mile strip located on the east side of Lancaster, California along the eastern portion of Avenue I between Division Street and 25th Street East. This small strip of Avenue I is referred to by locals as the Gaza Strip because of it's extremely high crime rate, drugs, and poverty.

An enclave of the State of Palestine, it borders Egypt to the south, Israel to the north and east, and the Mediterranean Sea to the west. Unfortunately, it has become a war torn mess due to the recent Hamas-Israel War that started on October 7th of 2022.
