The black version of "Karen". Shaniqua is a pejorative term used as slang typically for a low-class black woman who is perceived as entitled or demanding beyond the scope of what is normal. The term is often portrayed in a ghetto or entitled memes depicting low-class black women who "use their race and historical privilege to demand their own way"

Also, the use of racial hypocricy to justify or defend legic. Ie. Claiming white people stole black culture and music while wearing a blonde weeve and supporting the blackwash of children's characters.

To give some examples, "Shaniqua" is associated with the kind of person who demands to be granted immunity for nefarious actions based on the color of their skin and a perceived sense of "racial". The common use of historical injustice in today's pro-black climate is also attributed to the Shaniqua personality.
