new lingo being used by ex Crips gang leader Melvin cdogg Johnson in South Central LA to mean helping a young homie come up in the hood by setting a good example -- letting the g fly free but always have a safe and sound "handler" to come home to for advice, protection, and positive direction.

Big homie can fly that little g like a falcon. He always comin back to the crib and stayin out of trouble.
