Tatt Attack is an adjective/verb (depending on the context) describing a man/woman/person who has tattoos' and is attractive to the eye. Usually one who makes you do a double take whether for their ink or looks.

"Bro... Do you see her? She's a fucking tatt attack on the eyes man."
