Shooting actual shit. That's right, as in pooping. Not conversing, talking, or otherwise socializing, but instead shooting actual shit. Don't say "literally" unless you mean it to be literal.

"She was on the toilet literally shooting the shit for hours. It was an unpleasant experience for all."
