Hero can be described as calm and polite, he's seen as very charming by almost everyone during the game. Even in the real world, he's still the same but Hero matured and, like his brother said, is a little more reserved. There is a theory about Hero's real name being Henry, since in the game his brother mentioned that Hero was just a nickname because Hero's favorite food is named "Hero sandwich" and during a stream on twitch, the creator of OMORI revealed that Hero's beta name was Henry.

Kel is a character from the rpg game OMORI, made by Omocat. In Headspace, Kel is sort of bratty, rude, competitive and impulsive. He's very loud and energetic, having a skill named "Annoy" during a battle which causes someone to be angry. But he's still a very good friend and tries his best to cheer up everyone, choosing happiness over sadness.
In the real world, Kel is more mature and understanding. He likes to talk to strangers and tries to help others, giving people compliments and stuff.
But Kel doesn't want others to see him sad, thinking that would make situations worse. So he tries to make everyone happy, even though he has to bottle up his emotions for that.
That's also why in the fandom he's seen as the "funny meme guy".

my time is a song that plays at the bad ending of OMORI a game about trauma and depression this song plays while SPOILER WARNING! the main character jumps off a hospital building in the bad ending. the lyrics repeat "oyasumi" which means "good night" in japanese. tho the good endings song is named "good morning" the meaning of good night in this song can be that he will go into a forever sleep.
