Looper

A person who creates a problem, solves it, and then celebrates themselves for the solution—looping endlessly in a cycle of self-made heroism.

Donald Trump is such a looper. He creates a nonexistent problem and then takes credit for solving it.

Belt Looper

The opposite of a panty dropper. Someone who is so ugly, gross, or unattractive that instead of, their looks being so appealing it makes you want to drop your drawers (underwear), it makes you want to pull up your pants and start putting your belt through the loops.

That belt looper makes me think about becoming abstinent.
