fruitkake 

Similar to bukake, it is the process at throwing fruit (any form, packaged or fresh) at a girl in the middle of a circle of guys (preferably 50+). Yelling FRUITKAKE while doing so is also preferred.

No tomatoes are allowed, since they are too controversial in the ethics of fruitkake

Fruitcake 

1) The word fruitcake has come to mean someone who is round the bend, out to lunch, completely fucking mad. It came from the old British slang"Nutty as a fruitcake"(fruitcakes have got nuts in, ya see), because, as you know we've used the slang term "Nutters" for the insane for....well ever, really.

2) I do believe that some American people call gay people fruitcakes. I know that the term "fruit" has been used as a slightly derogatory term for Gay men(in the UK any way), but I'm really not sure where the "cakes" bit came from, or why!.

1) "Dave came round the other day, goin' on about these multidimensional life forms that are controlling his libido or somethin'" "Oh yeah, Dave's a total Fruitcake dude."

2)....Err not sure really!! I've never heard "fruitcake" used in this context. But "Fruit":

M' lady Fruitcake 

Usually regarding someone wearing a fedora. They think they are above all other men for no reason at all. They possess more swords than the 2nd century and 'know' how to use them. They also 'know' they can treat a lady better than you. Trust me, they cuddle their anime pillows harder than you ever will. They are just awkward neckbeards embarrassing themselves on social media.

Few apples short of a fruitcake 

A snowclone to express that someone is either stupid or crazy. The standard format is "a few X short of (a) Y", the idea being that Y is something that, with a few X missing, is not so good, and in the case of a person being compared to such, that something is "missing" in their thought process.
This one in particular has the appeal that fruitcakes involve nuts, thus further solidifying the point that the person is nuts themselves.

Did you see how Bob just flipped out over nothing. Is he having some sort of psychotic break?
