There are two instances in which this word can be used. Either you can yell it as a way for people to know that you've done something Savage, and to add it to the acclaimed "Savage Counter". This could also be shouted when an amazing comeback has been said or heard, quite literally being a Savage Counter
*Gets triple kill in video game "S-s-s-savage Counter!"
